MEET THE LEAD ARCHITECT

WLAA WEEKS

Wlaa brings a global lens and a creative precision mindset to performance. Raised across London, Ghana, and the U.S., and a former Division I athlete with a background in finance, Wlaa blends discipline, adaptability, and systems thinking into every layer of the CYB experience.

After graduating from Florida State University and navigating the 2008 financial crisis, he redirected his analytical skillset into human performance—founding a training system rooted in portfolio strategy: structure, progress, recalibration.

Today, he applies that same logic to people, not markets—building sustainable, goal-driven protocols that evolve with the individual. Every CYB client starts with Wlaa for one reason: he designs systems that work—because he’s lived every layer of them.

MEET THE BODY ARCHITECTS

Each CYB Architect brings a distinct style and perspective, implementing Wlaa’s system through their own lens. The result is a personalized experience rooted in precision, adaptability, and real-time strategy.

COURTNEY

Hey Hey...My name is Courtney C. or you can just have some chill Bay Area vibes and call me Court. I'm from the Bay Area (NorCal). I have been an Atlantan resident since late

2019. I was born in Boston but raised in California. I grew up as an "outside kid" spending most of my free time in the backyard. I learned how to swim when I was four and that quickly became my favorite thing to do. I swam competitively for about 10 years, which set the foundation for my passion for fitness.

In college, my boyfriend played basketball and taught me how to lift weights and I slowly became obsessed with pumping iron. I started slow and throughout the years became pretty consistent with lifting. I was a lifeguard and swim instructor for 5 years which always kept me in shape, and soon my life revolved around the pool and gym. The sports I enjoy most are swimming and track. Feel free to ask me my fave events for each if you want to spark up a conversation.

ERNEST

Hey! I'm Ernest, a dedicated health coach and the visionary behind EAZIfit. In three words, my training style can be described as both enjoyable and approachable, yet challenging. What sets my approach apart is the unique chemistry I cultivate during sessions. An unexpected aspect about me is my sociable nature once I get comfortable around clients. With an unwavering passion, I guide busy professionals toward achieving their peak physical condition. My inspiration stems from a constant commitment to improve and progress from where I am today. I'm originally from West Africa, and dedicated to make a positive impact in my community by fostering awareness on social media and promoting an active lifestyle through fitness and training.

KHARY

I’m a mobility and stability specialist with a passion for helping people unlock their full potential. My background in military, athletic, and fitness training has shaped my high-performance mindset, and I focus on building resilient, adaptable individuals through both mental and physical growth.

I combine mindset coaching with mobility, and functional training to develop strength that goes beyond just physical performance. For me, “the mind leads, the body follows,” and I design every program to fit each client’s lifestyle and long-term goals. I believe in consistency over intensity—small, intentional actions lead to lasting results.

Outside of training, you can usually find me in the kitchen, challenging myself like I’m on a Food Network show, or going down the rabbit hole of a good conspiracy theory. My biggest motivation is my children and the drive to create a legacy that inspires others to push their limits and grow. A firm believer in self-discipline and embracing challenges, I live by the philosophy: “Resilience is built through self-inflicted challenges. The harder the path, the greater the reward.”

GEORGIA

Hi, I’m Georgia Hutchinson, the newest CYB Body Architect! I like to think of my training approach as blending smart, effective training with my personal energy to make you comfortable, challenged. I believe in personalized coaching to create sustainable results and long-term motivation.

Fitness completely transformed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others become the strongest, most confident version of themselves—physically and mentally.

I’d describe my style as intentional, empowering, and supportive. I take a thoughtful approach to each session, meeting you where you are while encouraging you to push past your limits and fears — whatever that may be. I also prioritize injury reduction and recovery just as much as performance, so you can build strength and confidence without burning out or breaking down.
